Special commission paintings are charged in 2 separate parts- I require a prepayment for the size of painting selected and I will start by painting the pet (or 1st pet if you are adding additional pets to it). Once that is completed, I will paint either additonal pets or the backround to the image on an hourly basis- that will be a second charge once the painting is completed (needs ot be paid prior to shipping, I will notify you when it is time). If you simply want a larger or smaller size that my other painting selections, just let me know. These portraits are painted on the other side of the glass similar to the other paintings that I offer.
All special commission purchases MUST also fill out a contact form so I can get more information about what you are looking for. Please allow a few weeks for the painting to be completed and shipped.

If you are unhappy with your product or it breaks in transit, please let me know. However, I cannot gaurantee a refund for the product after it has shipped. I will always send you a photo once it is completed, if at that time you are unhappy with it, LET ME KNOW and it will be redone. Once it is in your hands, I will not be able to redo it, etc. I will always do my very best to accomodate you and will accept special circumstances from time to time.
